The company “Indian Transformers & Electricals” was founded by Shri Madan Lal Patni in 1983 with a vision of making this company a renowned firm, both nationally and internationally.He was a very hardworking individual without whom, our company would not be what it is today.We, at Indian will be forever thankful to him, for his service and commitment towards the company.
Mr. Anil Patni

The eldest son of Late Shri Madan Lal Patni has been associated with the company since it’s very beginning. He has always been committed to the expansion and the diversification of the Patni Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. He took charge of diversifying our group into the building and construction sector which has flourished ever since. He is a core part of our management and an eminent industrialist with more than 30 years of experience.
Mr. Ashok Patni
Director & Chief Financial Officer
He has helped the company in attaining a rock-solid foundation, with his impeccable expertise in Finance and Accounts. With his experience of more than three decades in accounting and financial decisions, he has been able to contribute significantly to the growth of the company at large. He is also responsible for all the resources being used as effectively and efficiently as possible which leads the company to deliver the best quality product at minimum cost.
Late Shri Arun Patni
Director & Chief of Operations
From the very beginning, he has been closely linked to manufacturing, administration and marketing of transformers for more than 30 years now. He acts as a team leader in the production of transformers and makes sure that each product meets the quality standards set by the company.
He believes team effort is essential for any company to grow, and strives to achieve the goals set by the company by maintaining harmony all across the firm.
His everlasting belief in transparency, honesty and hard work, makes him such an integral part of our company.
